How do I change my pick up location?
You've created your account, but now how do you change your pick up location?
It's truly easy!
1.Simply log into your account.
2. Select Pickup Locations from the menu bar.
3. Browse our full selection of pickup options from the menu on the left side. When you find a location that best suits you, select it. You'll find a few more details regarding the logistics of pickup at that particular location, along with that location's next pickup dates and times.
4. If the location, and date/time of pickup works for you, select the red "Shop for Location" button.
From there, you're set! If you need to change the location again in the future, simply repeat the process.
You are free to change locations as they work best for you. Just be sure to double check the date, time, and location when you order. You'll have one last opportunity to change your location at the confirmation screen when you go to checkout your order. However, once you've selected the "Place Your Order" button at order confirmation, you cannot change that order's pick up location. If you need to make a change, let us know and we will assist you.
**Please note - orders that are not picked up will incur a $5 restocking fee. If you anticipate a conflict with pick up, please let us know at least 48 hours ahead of time at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are happy to work with you to try and resolve the issue.**
