Making the Most of Your Account

Below are short videos to help you navigate your account and the store.

**Note: None of the videos have sound.**

Creating An Account

Find out how to create an account by watching this short video:

All of your preferences can be edited in the Your Account page, accessed by the Account toolbar in the right hand corner.

If you have any trouble changing things, please let us know.

Editing Your Order

Watch the video below to see how you can edit your order.

After placing your order (but before the deadline), you can always add or remove products to your cart. To add items, simply log onto our website and search the store for your desired add-ons. Select the desired quantity, then add to cart and you're set! There is no save button or anything. You can verify this by selecting your estimated cart value or the listed items at checkout, as seen in the video. If you wish to start a completely new order, click the "start new order" button at the top of your page. This will start a new order for the next week.

Changing Your Location/Delivery Preference

"I recently ordered for home delivery, but would like to change my location to pick up on the farm instead. How do I do this?"

Watch below!

**This is also a GREAT way to find out if your friends and family that live in other states or locations qualify for home delivery or not.** Simply enter their zip code and see if the home delivery option comes up! If it does, send them your referral link as listed below. After you've checked another person's zip code, simply exit the window or select "Try a different postal code" on the bottom to return to the original screen.

After changing your preference, your updated option will show up at the top of the screen.

Sharing Your Referral Link

Love the meat you eat? Share with a friend! Use your special referral link to save money on you and your friend's next orders.

Share your link with a friend. When they click on it, it will take them to our website where they can create their account. When they place their first order, you will both receive in store credit towards your next purchases. :)

Using a Referral Link

When you receive a referral link, all you have to do is click the link, which will take you to a Create Account page. When you create an account using the link and place your first order, you and the person who recommended you will both receive in store credit.

If the recipient has already created an account, no activity of theirs will result in store credit. The account MUST be created through that link for any account to receive any store credit.

Where to Find Riemer Family Farm Eggs!

Just look for the PINK carton at a grocery store near you! The egg business has been crazy lately to say the least! It seems like every third news story is about the price of eggs and shortages and even thievery of eggs! Who knew there could be so much drama around the humble chicken egg? We partner with a young farm family to produce our seasonally pastured eggs. These hens have a pretty posh life, non-GMO feed, plenty of space, never any cages and are out and about during the growing season. The bird flu outbreak is just another bit of evidence that the industrial food system is very broken! One of the solutions is MORE farmers on the land raising livestock at a family scale and not more concentrated factory agriculture in the U.S. Barns of tens and even hundreds of thousands of chickens are the ones primarily affected by the bird flu for all the obvious reasons! When 150,000 or more birds are together in a barn when one or a few get infected it's a matter of hours before the whole flock is infected and all must be destroyed. Family farms came through for customers during Covid and are proving to be resilient during this current egg problem too! While we are still learning and don't claim to be perfect, we are more sustainable and adaptable than the factory model of farming. Thank you for standing by our farm and other regenerative farms in your area! If you would like to purchase (or dine on) our eggs you can find them at many stores and restaurants! Including: South Central WI: Brodhead Piggly Wiggly Gempeler's Market-Monticello Roy's Market-New Glarus Evansville Piggly Wiggly Oregon Hy-Vee Fitchburg Hy-Vee Cadre restaurant (and others through a distributor) Sunrise Cafe-Monroe N. Illinois: Bull Valley General Store Daily Project Cafe-Algonquin Duck A Diet, Ready to Eat Meals-Huntly Forest Green's Juice Bar-Lake Bluff Just look for the PINK carton. With all the egg shortages from the industrial farms and spiking prices from a fragile industry, our eggs are quite affordable. We will never price gouge. We seek to provide a fair price for both our customers and us. As always you can pick up your eggs on the farm. Please place an order on our website and we will have them ready for you within a day. Make sure that you have Riemer Family Farm as your pickup location.
