How do you keep the meat frozen? The boxes are lined with an insulated liner and packed with the appropriate amount of coolant. We offer 1- and 2-day ground shipping via UPS.
What if my meat is frosty/starting to thaw when I receive it? Let us know if you have any concerns. It is OKAY for the meat to be starting to thaw. Simply set it in a freezer right away, or in the refrigerator to enjoy first.
However, if you have any concerns or something does arrive warm, please contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can best assist you. Orders should be unpacked as quickly as possible after delivery to avoid any issues.
Can I order eggs? We are not offering eggs for home delivery at this time. The packaging required to ship eggs is more than we feel is environmentally responsible.
