Ooey-gooey, good! Cut out for festive shapes and sprinkle the extra bits that don't fit in shapes onto ice cream. Yum! :) Or! Turn this recipe into a quick gift - set the dry ingredients, layered in a mason jar. Type up and print the instructions for the wet ingredients, complete with bake temperature and time, and voila! Tie it with a ribbon and you're set!

  • Cook Time:

Ingredients

  • (3/4 cup) sugar
  • (1/3 cup) cocoa powder
  • (1/2 cup) all-purpose flour
  • (1/4 tsp) salt
  • (1/4 tsp) baking powder
  • (1/2 cup, melted) Lard
  • (2 eggs) Dozen Large Eggs
  • (1 tsp) vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Combine sugar, cocoa powder, flour (switch out with an 1:1 gluten free brand if needed), salt, and baking powder.

3. In a separate bowl, combine melted lard, eggs, and vanilla.

4. Fold wet mixture into the dry until combined.

**Add in extra goodies if you like! Chopped walnuts, chocolate chips, whatever you like best!**

5. Pour batter into a non-stick sprayed 9x9 pan.

6. Bake in oven for about 20 minutes, until brownie does not stick to test toothpick.

Dust with powdered sugar for a "snowy" effect! :)
