Our beef is 100% grass-fed and finished. They are never fed any grain. The cattle are rotationally grazed on our regenerative pastures during the grazing season. Over winter, they are fed hay cut from our own pastures.

Broad spectrum antibiotics and drugs are never fed or administered to animals. (The FDA does not allow the use hormones or antibotics in the production of pork or poultry.)

If we have a sick animal that requires medical attention, and in some cases, antibiotics, they are separated from the other animals and removed from our direct sales program.

Cured without synthetic nitrates. Instead, cured using naturally occurring nitrates from celery juice or swiss chard.

Our lamb is 100% grass-fed and finished, raised by the Marty family on their regenerative pastures down the road from our farm The lambs do not receive any grain. They are rotationally grazed and moved regularly across the pasture. Over winter, the lambs receive hay cut from the Marty's family farm's pastures.

We raise heritage Berkshire breed hogs for high quality, incredible tasting products.

Our chicken is raised on regenerative pastures in Missouri by our friends and partners, the Boatright Family. They are raised in mobile greenhouse structures on perennial pastures and are moved daily to new pasture. The chickens are supplemented with a free choice non-GMO grain blend that does contain corn and soy. The flock is protected by livestock guardian dogs. The chicken is processed in a USDA inspected facility owned and operated by the Boatright family on their farm for a humane, low stress experience.

Our turkeys are raised on our own regenerative pastures and supplemented with non-GMO grain from our local mill. The grain mix does contain non-GMO corn and soy. The turkeys are rotationally grazed and moved across the pasture regularly.

Wild caught, never farm raised, and sustainably harvested from North American seas.

The seasonings in this product are gluten free. Unseasoned cuts are gluten free, as they contain no additives of any kind.
