This box includes:
- 1 Chorizo Salami - Spicy, southern Spanish style salami made with smoked paprika, cayenne, clove.
- 1 Loukanika - Greek inspired pork salami made with garlic, cumin, & orange
- 1 Saucisson Sec - Mild, French-style salami seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic
- 1 Finnochiona - Italian salami made with pinot noir (red wine), fennel, garlic
- 1 Grand Cru Cheese - Aged alpine cheese with a creamy, sweet flavor
- 1 Gouda Cheese - Mellow and mild aged cheese
- 1 Prairie Sunset Cheese - Versatile cheese with a touch of sweetness, often described as a cheddar-gouda blend
This box is great on its own or can be enhanced with the addition of spiced nuts, dried fruit, or fresh vegetables.
All salamis are made by Driftless Provisions using 100% Riemer Family Farm premium pork. All other board components are sourced from small Wisconsin companies we love.
