Smoky Praline Bacon

This recipe was quick, easy to make and had a super unique and delightful flavor! I made this recipe with our regular bacon as well as our maple bacon, and I have to say I like them both. The regular bacon got crispier, but the maple bacon added an extra sweet, bbq-y flavor I loved as well!

Ingredients
- (1 lb) Bacon strips, thawed
- (3 Tbs) Brown sugar
- (1 tsp) Smoked paprika
- (1/2 tsp) Cayenne pepper
- Chopped walnuts, optional
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F
- Place bacon in a single layer on a tinfoil lined rimmed baking sheet
- Bake 10 minutes for regular cut bacon, 15-20 for our thick cut or maple bacon
- Mix together the brown sugar, paprika and cayenne in a bowl
- When the bacon is done, remove drippings. Sprinkle the sugar mix and walnuts onto each piece of bacon
- Place back in the oven for 5 minutes
