Chop everything ahead of time and put in tupperware/ziplock bags for an easy meal at the campsite!
This also works just as well at home on the stove.

- I recomend a dutch ovens for cooking over the fire
- Large pot if cooking on your stove
- Even a crockpot works great!
- Chop all vegetables to bite size pieces*
- Add all of the vegetables and spices to the pot
- Let it cook at just a slight boil over the fire or stove for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Or cook on low in the slow cooker for 6 hours
- Cook time is not precise, this is meant to cook while you set up camp
- Add water if necessary
