Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak

Ingredients
- (1 cup) Flour
- (1 tsp) Salt
- (1/2 tsp) Pepper
- (3 Tbsp) Vegetable Oil
- (1 lb) Cube Steak
- (1 large) White Onion, sliced
- (3 cups) Water
- (1 (3/4 oz) packet) Brown Gravy Mix
- (1 (10 oz) can) Cream of Mushroom Soup
- (1 (1 oz) packet) Onion Soup Mix
Directions
Try this easy slow cooker recipe for a quick and delicious dinner!
- Mix flour, salt, and pepper and set on a plate.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Coat cube steaks in flour/season mixture on both sides.
- Add steaks to hot oil and brown on each side, then place in slow cooker.
- Add sliced onion and 2 cups of water to the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Mix together gravy, onion soup mix, and cream of mushroom soup with 1 cup of water. Add the mixture to the slow cooker and gently combine.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta.
