Simple, easy, delicious! Uses standard seasonings for a lean, flavorful appetizer or dinner delight!
- (1 pound) Ground Beef - 1 lb - (85% Lean)
- (1 pound) Ground Lamb
- (1 tsp) Salt
- (1/2 tsp) Black Pepper
- (1/4 cup) Minced Onion (1 Small)
- (1 tsp) Oregano
- (2-3 cloves) Minced Garlic
- (2 Tbsp) Fresh Mint, Minced (Optional)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water.
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix together. We recommend using your hands to mix for the simplest approach. Scoop and roll meat into 1 inch balls by hand or use a 1 inch scoop.
Place meatballs onto a jelly roll pan about an inch apart. Line with wax paper for easy clean up.
Bake the meatballs for 15 minutes or until they reach 165 degrees, internal temperature.
Serve with a toothpick and enjoy!
