Simple Meatballs - Lamb & Beef

Simple, easy, delicious! Uses standard seasonings for a lean, flavorful appetizer or dinner delight!

Ingredients
- (1 pound) Ground Beef - 1 lb - (85% Lean)
- (1 pound) Ground Lamb
- (1 tsp) Salt
- (1/2 tsp) Black Pepper
- (1/4 cup) Minced Onion (1 Small)
- (1 tsp) Oregano
- (2-3 cloves) Minced Garlic
- (2 Tbsp) Fresh Mint, Minced (Optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix together. We recommend using your hands to mix for the simplest approach. Scoop and roll meat into 1 inch balls by hand or use a 1 inch scoop.
- Place meatballs onto a jelly roll pan about an inch apart. Line with wax paper for easy clean up.
- Bake the meatballs in 400-degree oven for 15 minutes or until they reach 165 degrees, internal temperature.
Serve with a toothpick and enjoy!
