Hasselback Potatoes
Easy prep - just slice and season, then set in the oven for 60 minutes and the side to your favorite steak is as good as golden! Use our featured Sunflower Oil to healthily and sustainably cook this family favorite side.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 

Set two wooden spoons (whose handles you don't mind getting a little knicked up) around a potato to keep it in place. 

Ensuring you don't slice the potato all the way through; rather you stop at the height of the spoon handles, take a knife and slice across the width of the potato, thinly, about every 1/4" or so. 

Gently press slices apart and drizzle sunflower oil over the potato, seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste. 

Set in oven for 60 minutes and enjoy!

**Top with sour cream, Riemer Family Farm bacon, cheese, chili, chives, or whatever you prefer for the ultimate potato!
