Hasselback Potatoes

Ingredients
- (1 Medium) Potato
- (1 Tbsp) Sunflower Oil (16 oz)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Set two wooden spoons (whose handles you don't mind getting a little knicked up) around a potato to keep it in place.
Ensuring you don't slice the potato all the way through; rather you stop at the height of the spoon handles, take a knife and slice across the width of the potato, thinly, about every 1/4" or so.
Gently press slices apart and drizzle sunflower oil over the potato, seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste.
Set in oven for 60 minutes and enjoy!
**Top with sour cream, Riemer Family Farm bacon, cheese, chili, chives, or whatever you prefer for the ultimate potato!
