DIY Turkey Burgers

A lean twist on an American classic!
Ingredients
- (1 pound) Ground Turkey
- (1 egg) Dozen Large Eggs
- (2 Tbsp) Bread crumbs
- (1 Tbsp) Onion Powder
- (1 Tbsp) Garlic Powder
- (1 tsp) Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
Thaw ground turkey a day ahead of time.
1.Combine ground turkey, seasonings, egg, and bread crumbs.
2. Press into 1/4 pound patties. Cook on medium heat until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Serve with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, or whatever your family's favorites are!
