DIY Italian Seasoning - Low FODMAP

Ingredients
- (2 tsp) Dried parsley
- (2 tsp) Italian seasoning
- (2 tsp) Dried Chives
- (1 tsp) Fennel seeds
- (1/2 tsp) Black Pepper
- (1 tsp) Paprika
- (1/2 tsp) Crushed red pepper flakes
- (2 tsp) Salt

This recipe will season 2 pounds of ground pork. If not following a low FODMAP diet, you can use 1 T. minced garlic and 1 tsp. minced onions instead of the 2 tsp. dried chives.
The amount of crushed red pepper flakes can be adjusted to taste (for spicy italian sausage, use 1 tsp. or more. For a very mild italian sausage, use ¼ tsp.).
