Sirloin Tip Steak

Sirloin tip steak is cut from the tip of the round section. It is best prepared marinated, quickly cooked, then sliced thinly. Each package of Riemer Family Farm's sirloin tip steak comes from 100% grass-fed and finished beef cattle raised on our own regenerative pastures for the highest quality protein we can deliver.

Our sirloin tip steaks come one per package, wrapped in butcher paper. They are boneless.
