The Porterhouse is Jen's favorite steak, characterized by the t-shape of the bone that separates the NY Strip steak cut of the top loin and the portion of tenderloin. This steak is tender and flavorful and lends itself well to pan frying or grilling, making it simple and easy prepare.
Each package of Riemer Family Farm's porterhouse steak comes from 100% grass-fed and finished beef cattle raised on our own regenerative pastures for the highest quality protein we can deliver.
Our porterhouse steaks are currently 2 steaks per package in vacuum sealed packaging.
Looking for another option? The T-bone Steak, is similarly cut with the top loin and tenderloin muscles, but the portion of tenderloin on a t-bone is slightly smaller than a porterhouse, making it a more affordable, but equally tasty option.
