The Lamb Mini Sampler is great for those that want to try lamb but aren't as familiar with the meat! The stew is tender and flavorful, cut from the leg-of-lamb. The ground lamb is versital and can be substituted for other ground meats in your favorite dishes to elevate the flavor. The chops are just juicy and tender and may become your new favorite!
The Lamb Mini Sampler includes:
- 2 Packages of Lamb Chops (2 chops per package)
- 2 Packages of Lamb Stew Meat (12 oz packages)
- 2 Packages of Ground Lamb (1 pound packages)
The bundle is approximately 6 pounds of 100% grass-fed lamb raised by our friend and neighbor, Jacob at his farm down the road from our own.
