Each package of Riemer Family Farm's chicken liver and hearts comes from our partner farm, Cox Hill Farms, a regenerative family farm in Brooklyn, WI, where they are raised on pasture with free choice non-GMO grain. The chickens are raised in mobile greenhouse style shelters and moved to new, fresh pasture daily, to naturally forage on grasses, forbs, and insects.
Our chicken hearts are packaged into 3 pound packages.
