Brisket is one of the 4 main barbecue cuts and one of the primal cuts, from the breast section of the beef. Our half briskets are cut down from the primal brisket to make cooking and prepping the roast easier and more manageable. Each package of Riemer Family Farm's brisket roast comes from 100% grass-fed and finished beef cattle raised on our own regenerative pastures for the highest quality protein we can deliver.

Our half briskets are wrapped one roast (half of a primal brisket) per package.

Because brisket is a tough cut of meat, it is best when slow cooked, braised, smoked, or slowly roasted. It's the perfect cut for the grill master/smoker in your life! They are also great to brine and prepare for a traditional corned beef. *Note, all of our roasts, including brisket, come unseasoned and frozen.
