Top Boneless Sirloin Steak

This steak is cut from the center of the top sirloin. It has little fat and can be cut into various sizes. This steak works with various rubs and marinades and is a great steak to top on salad or enjoy on its own. Each package of Riemer Family Farm's boneless top sirloin steak comes from 100% grass-fed and finished beef cattle raised on our own regenerative pastures for the highest quality protein we can deliver.

Our boneless top sirloin steaks come one per package, wrapped in butcher paper.
