Ground round is a timeless protein option, versatile and nutritious, and perfect for families of any size. Each package of Riemer Family Farm's ground beef comes from 100% grass-fed and finished beef cattle raised on our own regenerative pastures for the highest quality protein we can deliver.

Our ground round is 95% lean, packaged in 1 pound packs.

Its leaner and slightly richer flavor profile (compared to ground beef) makes it best suited for low fat cooking needs, like tacos, chili, casseroles, hot dishes, stroganoff, herdsman's pie (recipe here), and more.

If needed, you can add a little bit of bacon fat, olive oil, or other cooking fats to keep the ground round from sticking to the pan when you cook.
