We guarantee delivery to the home address listed on your account when the order is placed and when the order is retrieved on the guaranteed delivery date. Note, we cannot guarantee delivery to business addresses. Packages delivered to businesses risk being delivered when the business is closed, causing the courier to not deliver the package until the next business day, resulting in possibly defrosted product.
Because we ship perishable products that cannot be restocked or resold, we are not able to accept returns.

Because we cannot physically assess the product of concern, we may request photos of the product label and damage claimed. We will gladly work with you to appropriately resolve any concerns. Resolutions may include replacement of the product of concern, store credit for a future purchase, or a partial/full refund.
