Two Step Turkey Meatballs

Bulk turkey italian sausage....that's the only ingredient! Get this incredibly easy, two step recipe here.

- (1 pound) Bulk Turkey Italian Sausage
Already seasoned and already the perfect consistency to hold together without adding bread crumbs, eggs, etc. It's so easy!
Wash your hands thoroughly before handling thawed meat.
- Using a scoop or hands, roll the turkey italian sausage into 1 inch balls and set on a lined baking sheet 1 inch apart.
- Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Alternatively, you can cook the meatballs on the stovetop in a pan, covered, over medium heat, turning after 5-7 minutes to sear on each side. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Serve with marinara sauce and tasty cheese, then you're set!
You can also make these ahead of time and freeze them for a quick, easy snack later.
